Was only in for about an hour last night hanging out with a friend, but the service while standing at the bar was exceptional. The bartenders were courteous and attentive, even throwing in some simple and to-the-point friendly conversation while they were busy. Kudos the staff. Good place to go to meet or hang out with friends.
This place is awesome awesome staff even better food I would recommend this place any time after 11. They have the most tasty pickle shots I’ve ever had in my life including a pepper Cheaneys shot which is phenomenal. They also have there homemade moonshine and pretty much anything you need. The walk to the end of Main is worth it one of the last good bars on Main with a moose in the middle on the wall which is awesome.
I've been coming to this place for years, since 2017. Thirsty's and Kubrick's are the primary reason I go to main street. The pickle shots are great and they used to have DJs come through and set up a little dance floor, used to be really fun. Drinks aren't crazy expensive and they have a good line up. HOWEVER, this last time I went, the Bouncer there was a real **hole. Older man with a backwards cap. He isn't really nice and made our group uncomfortable the whole time. I'm pretty easy going but even this guy got under my skin. My friends know about him and apparently they all feel the same. Idk if ownership reads these, but I don't really think I'll go back into this bar if I see him from the outside on the street.
I guess being born outside of the state of Missouri disqualifies you from coming to this bar. I was out on main street celebrating my 25th birthday with my friends and was denied entry into this bar because I didn't have another form of ID because my driver's license is from Oklahoma. I have lived in St Charles MO, for 2 years but I still have an Oklahoma drivers license because I lived there for the majority of my life and just simply haven't had the chance to get a Missouri ID yet since I've moved here. Apparently having a valid driver's license from another state isn't good enough to come to this bar. If you have an out of state ID make sure you have your SSN card, birth certificate, and passport if you want to get into this bar.
