I have been going here to Perez family health center for about a year. At first, I loved it - Dr. Perez made me feel extremely comfortable & I thought I’d found a chiropractor who cared about her patients. After a few visits, however, she started to pawn me off onto the chiropractic student (with zero communication that she was doing so). I didn’t mind the first few times, but after a while I was rightfully irritated because I was paying premium prices (expecting to be seen by a doctor and instead was seen by a student). Dr. Perez never asked me if I was okay with this switch, and I never again was seen by her. I was bounced around back & forth between other doctors until Dr. Jenny joined the practice. (Dr. Jenny is the ONLY good thing about this practice. She is the ONLY reason I gave the review any starts at all. She truly cares about her patients and is the only doctor there who’s non-judgmental). I quickly realized that Dr. Perez is great and wonderful at FIRST. Then, you start to realize how fake her and some of her assistants are. It’s unsettling to be surrounded by people who are “acting” nice. There was a provider who worker there who was extremely down to earth and kind, but when I went in for a visit, I was told that she was fired because she wouldn’t “fake it” for Dr. Perez. This person was my main health provider, prescribed my medications and was someone I could trust. When they fired her, they never communicated with me (her patient). They never communicated that I would have a new provider. I only heard that she was fired because the girls at the front desk love to gossip. When I called to get my prescription renewed, they refused to do so, (still not telling me my provider had changed). They told me I needed to come in and see their other provider, whom I was not comfortable seeing. I previously recommended this place, and now I am ashamed that I did. I don’t support Dr. Perez and the front that she puts on. She lacks professionalism, basic communication skills, and from what I’ve heard she causes nothing but drama in her workplace. Do not go here if you are looking for a doctor that genuinely cares about you.
If I could rate this amazing place and staff a million stars I would. Dr Jenny is AMAZING. She has made my little boy (11 weeks) feel so much better in helping him with his GERD, he always smiles around her and she makes everything so comfortable and relaxing. and I only had a few adjustments with her so far and I already feel so much better. The staff alone makes the place feel like home. Everybody is so sweet. My entire family can be treated at the same time. I just love this place. Everybody Is so caring and they definitely care about your health. I will always recommend this place and come back every time. ❤❤❤
Very friendly place and staff. Dr. Hassan helped me lose much needed weight, went from 300+ pounds back in May to 255 pounds now in November. Very affordable pricing for check-ups at only $35. Definitely would recommend to anyone that is trying to lose weight or has other medical problems that need to be addressed.
The staff at Perez Family Chiropractic is always so positive, friendly & accommodating. I feel so blessed & grateful to have been recommended to them.
The doctor and facility is nice however each time I went they added bogus charges. I can not continue to go to a place that creates charges out of thin air. Fist time they billed my insurance AND charged me personally $125 for being a new patient. Second time they threw a $35 fee on for telling me what my condition is and for reviewing xrays that did not exist... watch out what they bill you. So so sad and unethical.
