This vet has never let me down! I’ve seen several different doctors here at this location between my dog and my cat, and all of them are top notch. Caring doctors, great staff and techs. Friendly, compassionate, thorough. My vet will even email me and look at videos I send her of my pets acting strange when I am concerned. They explain everything to me including procedures, exams, and pricing. I am a new pet owner, so they help calm all my worries and answer all my questions. Great place.
The level of care and the amount of love they give your pets, is astounding. I have an ill cat at the moment, and they are doing everything they can to help me help my little guy get better. You won't regret coming here, they treat you like family
I had to take my dog here on an emergency visit. They got in me within a couple hours of my call. The entire staff was super patient and caring. They explained everything. Never pressured me into making a decision of picking the more expensive treatment. They took their time, made sure they addressed everything in the right order, and gave him the appropriate treatment which prevented me from having to put my pup down. But most importantly, the staff genuinely cared about my dog and me. They handled my stress and tears as well as they handled my pups.
I have an almost 18 year old cat so vet visits are never fun, but the staff at Bogey Hills Animal hospital are always so kind and compassionate. They are always looking out for your animal's best interest. I wouldn't take my cranky (but adorable) old man anywhere else!
We had two very different positive interactions with Bogey Hills in a two week period. We lost a pupper very unexpectedly and Bogey Hills staff was extremely helpful and caring. Two weeks later we brought a new pup to meet the staff and they were welcoming and thoughtful. We have been clients since 2015 and all interactions have been positive.
