I cannot rate Hounds Town highly enough! Sofie had a play day first and then later stayed for boarding. She played every day! You can tell that the staff truly loves the dogs - and cats! The facility is very clean - you always see someone mopping. The proof is how happy my pooch is though. Take a look! (They take lots of pictures every day for us parents to check in.) She is the white Maltese.
I recently boarded my dog Phoenix at this business for the first time. The staff all seemed wonderful and welcomed us inside. I tremendously appreciated the peace of mind I had from seeing the photos they post on Facebook. For every play session throughout the day, there were multiple images that showed my dog was having a blast. I will absolutely be returning here for future needs and I know my dog will be excited everytime he comes here. Great job y'all!
Sprout loved her time at Hounds Town St Charles. I was impressed by the staff and was grateful for the exit bath!! Plus the photos throughout the week demonstrated she had a great time which was peace of mind for me!
Brought my dogs to Hounds Town while my husband and I went on vacation. Absolutely loved being able to see pictures of the dogs while we were away! We’ve taken our dog elsewhere before (my husband found the other place) and I just loved Hounds Town so much more! It’s a wonderful feeling knowing that my dogs were well taken care of while we were gone! Highly recommend!
Fantastic doggy day care and boarding! Our puppy always has an absolute blast and the owners and staff are phenomenal. They really go out of their way to help all their customers and you can tell how much they all truly love dogs. I recommend them to everyone I know in the area with furry friends.
