Fantastic staff. Dr. Meghan Layne, Dr. Matt Rieser, Dr. Connie Rieser & Dr. Clare Borello are the best Dentists I’ve seen.. I had an issue with my insurance and they were INCREDIBLY helpful and patient with my situation. I have always felt heard and that my concerns were addressed. Super knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating! Highly recommend any of their locations!
I used to take my kids here when they were growing up. Dr Reiser and staff were awesome. They now have the most terrible and hateful woman working the front desk. She's only there for the paycheck, not the patients. She refused to run my daughters insurance and billed her for the visit in full. Today we called for a dental emergency and she cut me off as I was talking. Don't go here. You will be treated like garbage. I would give her zero stars if I could.
Absolutely phenomenal! I’ve been seeing them for years and they have always gone above and beyond to make sure I’m taken care of. They’ve worked with me on payment plans when needed, been great communicators, and have always made me feel I am part of the conversation when discussing my treatment options. The staff has always been INCREDIBLE! I would highly recommend any of their locations!
The receptionist answers the phone, I ask my question about accepting my insurance. She had the nerve to tell me yes but you wld not get the same treatment or care if you have that insurance. Compared to someone with better insurance than me, well excuse the hell out of me I'm sorry I don't have better insurance. An your rude for saying that and telling me that I would not get the same dental care as someone with better insurance. She needs to learn how to have a conversation and deal with clients and how to respond correctly!!! If that's the case you all should not accept the insurance completely unacceptable I would NEVER refer anyone here!!
