They’re just so nice. Dr Miller has such a great talent for relating to me as a patient to cool my nerves. I legitimately hate needles, drilling, all of it. I will probably never love going to the dentist, but this place is full of great people who do good work.
Always a fantastic experience at Premier Dental Partners. Dental Hygienist Stephanie couldn't be nicer or better at her job. Wonderful. And Dr Monestero is thorough, detailed and a brilliant dentist, while always putting you at ease and assuaging any fears you might have. Highly recommended.
Honestly this was the worst experience. I was offered a fluoride treatment. I asked about the cost and was told they would check my insurance. They then told me the cost was $40 so I proceeded with the treatment. When I went to pay my bill I was charged $279. The explanation, your insurance was exhausted. I expressed concern and that I would not have proceeded with the treatment had I been provided accurate information about the cost. I was told they only checked the normal co pay not what I would be charged. This is really an unacceptable answer. This was kind of bait and switch and I will likely look for a new dentist if this is not resolved
Everyone here is so concerned with you being comfortable. I have extreme anxiety when it comes to dentists and am usually ready to have a full blown anxiety attack when I walk in the door but everyone here makes sure you are comfortable and don't feel any discomfort. I highly, highly recommend them.
