Very pleased & very happy with my first experience in this dental office. Everyone was super friendly. I have some issues with my dental insurance & the front desk made it their main priority to help me get it figured out. My cleaning went great! They made sure everything was done properly & done well! The doctor was very sweet & made sure I understood what I needed done & why. 10/10 highly recommended!!!
Streets of St. Charles Dental is, by far, one of the best dental offices I’ve ever been a patient at! I had a minor emergency today and instead of making me wait until next week, I was able to see my dentist right away. I was so relieved to find out that my situation wasn’t anything for me to worry about. Her kind and gentle way of explaining my problem to me was reassuring and eased my stress. I would highly recommend Streets of St. Charles Dental to anyone looking for excellent and proficient dental care!
Every visit is great. My dental hygienist, Alexis, was wonderful! I am pregnant, and she shared so much helpful information. I’ve been feeling, sick, so she made sure to pause frequently to check in with me and give me breaks when needed. We receive compassionate care every time we come in.
Before going to Dr Sarah Giacomini, I had a rough time with a number of dentists but once I switched to her, my dental care has been night and day different! She redid my crown beautifully and quickly and everything else, such as fillings, have been the same way! Really appreciate her and the hygienists and front desk staff!
The staff is consistently friendly and accommodating despite my tendency to run a bit late, haha. Everybody seems to know what they're doing and cleanings are extremely quick and pain free. I really, really like this practice and would absolutely recommend if you're looking for a new practitioner!
