I was looking for a new dental office after my previous Dentist retired. I decided to go Rechtin Family after reading reviews, and I was not let down. Everyone here is absolutely great! Customer service is amazing and everyone is very friendly. The assistance along with the dentist explained all of my steps with becoming a patient. I definitely recommend this dental office! :)
This was my first visit to the office. The staff and Dr. Ted made me feel welcome and appreciated. Amy took my x-rays. She was very professional, explained the procedure to me and made sure I was handling it well. She was friendly, asking questions about me. This made me feel like I wasn't just another patient. Courtney cleaned my teeth. She was very professional, explained what she was doing and gave me some tips to improve my mouth care. She was also very friendly and asked questions about me making me feel at ease and valued as a patient.
We have been with Dr. Ted for years. He truly cares about his patients and we completely trust him with our family's teeth. Our kids also love going to the dentist because of the quality of care. We have been to other providers in the past and Dr. Ted and his team are the best out there.
The other google reviews are spot on. Great place to get your dental cleaning done. Courtney was very friendly and my teeth were not hurting when she was done! Dr. Rechtin was fantastic, thank you for taking me in as your patient kind sir! If you are looking for a dentist, stop looking and call the Rechtin Family and Cosmetic Dental care.
Dr. Ted and everyone that works there are always SO kind and amazing! A few years ago our insurance changed and instead of letting us leave, they looked into it for us and figured out how much more it would cost us and we were so impressed that they went through the trouble of looking into it for us. Needless to say we were willing to pay a little more to stay with them. I drive a long way to see them and it is worth the drive. ❤️
