My entire front lawn had to be removed to reroute a sewer line. After the new sewer was installed in July, my front yard looked like the surface of Mars. I contacted weed man who did not promise a new yard this year, but if I used their service I would have a plush yard in the spring. They were absolutely correct and now I field complements from the super grass neighbors. Everyone at Weed Man has been pleasant and kind. I'm on my 5th year of their services and couldn't do it without them.
Had the service for a few months. Had a tech literally pull up to my house, sit in the truck for 1 minute and then drive off. I feel cheated. Received no notice in advance that they would come for service during treatments, so I am unsure whether any service has been provided. Especially since part of my yard is covered with a privacy fence. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! You will be wasting your money.
Managers instructing employees to park vehicles on the wrong side of the street facing the wrong direction while servicing houses is unprofessional and illegal. The service technician today pulled directly in front of me as oncoming traffic on a two lane residential street I had to slam on my brakes, stop then go around him into oncoming traffic. I spoke with the technician he said his manager instructed him to park this way. The woman who answered the main office phone laughed at the end of our conversation and hung up on me. The owner of this business need to pay better attention.
The guy that came to service my yard was very professional. I was impressed with the service and called to sign my dad up. This was a very unpleasant experience so much so I called back and cancelled my own service. I asked why his service was double the price of mine. I was told his yard is 3x the size of mine. His yard is larger than mine but not 3x the size. While discussing this with my dad, the lady on the phone kept interjecting. It was very unprofessional. I disconnected the call as I decided to no longer pursue the service for him. I then called back to cancel my own service because of the experience and the lady, Cory, attempted to bait me into an argument after I told her I had no desire to discuss the master further.
First time customer and I am not happy with the service. Called for reapplication of weed control so the process of preparing for reseeding and sod can be done and this company hasn’t scheduled the reapplication as of today. Will not use again - was trying to wait to write review based upon their service and quality of products. Too early to tell if the grass will be a lust green because it’s zoysia a true warm season grass. That sometimes doesn’t show results until middle of May. Will update once grass turns green. However, the services at this point is very poor and will not be renewing. I will be using my neighbors company that are more timely and most definitely have my neighbors yard looking lust green.
