Jake is super friendly and knowledgeable. Great selection on soils and nutrients, and if he has no problem ordering in something if it's not in stock. Definitely my go to grow store
I call 6 times trying to find out if they carry my dirt (great lakes water only soil) and not once did they decide to answer their phone. I spend hundreds of dollars at happy grower that's 30 minutes from my house so I wanted to try somewhere closer but I guess rooted organics don't care about their customers.
Prices are amazing! These guys' are the most affordable in the surrounding areas!, plus the guys that own the place stay up to date with the latest greatest newest top of the line products. They actually travel to conventions in order to gain knowledge to pass on to us! Awesome I definitely recommend you all stop in and see for yourself!
