Absolutely love the atmosphere here! The staff is very attentive with all your needs. They have newer equipment and tanning and the red light beds! All my needs in one stop!! The classes are fun and I always feel my best after I finish one. If you haven’t checked out this location you definitely should! Jessie is the best!!
New to the area and this is a nice gym with all the right equipment. Very clean on the floor but the sauna needs a deep clean. Someone might end up getting ring worm in that thing but on the other hand the heat is perfect! The cleanliness of the sauna is the only reason why this place isn’t a 5 in my opinion. This is an update a couple days after I posted this. Within this short time they have cleaned the sauna. Which means they care and actually look at these reviews. For this I’m changing my score to a 5 star review!
So I was 50/50 on coming in here and getting a membership, as a matter of fact I convinced myself on my ride over here that I was not going to sign up for a membership… but here I am a new member of Club Fitness… why? Because Carol Ann made it easy and the features are honestly wonderful. I have a toddler as well and this gym more than seems to fit my schedule and goals. Thank you!
Most of the staff is very friendly and helpful. Willing to answer questions and help you along your journey. The club is clean and they have wipes all over so you can wipe down equipment before and after use. I love the Fusion Room.
Changed service offerings while under a 12-month contract term. Wanted 3-months fee to cancel membership for them wanting me to upgrade to a better membership. Loyalty is a 2-way street, if you want my loyalty then grandfather in the services I signed up for for the term of my contract or allow us to quit without fees if you do. What a scam, get you coming with joining fees, change services while you are within your probation period, then charge you to cancel. Welcome to the club right
