I wish I could say I like this gym because their equipment is fantastic but the quality of service they provide to customers is extremely subpar. Every morning (m-f) I go in and the radio is completely broken, skipping and providing a very frustrating environment with which to exercise in. We all struggle to get into the building from time to time because of how bad the scanner is at recognizing anything to open the door. I would find things like this to be standard mistakes if it weren't for the fact that they're already bragging about adding additional new equipment before they get the first things working correctly.I will be canceling my membership to see what else is out there as this is my first gym.
You call the number to cancel membership, there option '2' to cancel the membership doesn't work. There is no option to cancel the membership. I am going to have to call my bank. This is a gym membership scam 101. Make it impossible to cancel membership.
Great gym experience. The owners try to get to know their patrons giving Club Fitness - St. Charles a very personal feel. I also love that it’s not quite as crowded. Has most of the gym equipment you would ever need.
