I called and asked for pasta with meatballs and 6extra meatballs in sauce. I got home and only had 4 meatballs in the pasta. She could have told me I had to purchase X2 pasta with meatballs to get 8 meatballs. The Imos in St Charles always sold extra meatballs on the side for a price. I did not have enough to feed my family. Seems the crew was really young and need more training. Every one check your food before you leave with it. I will go to Salvatore meatballs are better than I most and you can purchase as many as you like...
Food was average. The girl that took our order was rude,disrespectful and acted like she was doing us a favor by taking our order. Today is Halloween 2022 and she was dressed in a cheerleader uniform with knights across the front so there won't be any confusion of who she was.Be along time b4 we order lunch again for our business from there
Good pizza. Always better when you eat it hot from the oven. TV was a little loud on one side, so most people were sitting on the other - where the door to the kitchen was open. So we listened to the staff talking... too funny
Coming from east coast, specifically from the "city of brotherly love".... I thought this place was quite welcoming, for 1. Service was immediate and courteous. Food was excellent, well seasoned. The location itself was quite clean & inviting. I'm planning to visit here again before I head back home.
When I was ordering my lunch special...I wanted a chef salad and my side was 1/2 house salad....they REFUSED to let me because I couldn't have 2 salads!!!!!!????!!!!! And that they couldn't bend the rules????WHAT??? This is insane!! Besides the younger 2 girls working...the boy cussed 3 times. Once when my husband and I walked in and 2 times while we were eating!!!!! 10/23/22
