Super cute place with a great atmosphere! The guacamole bites - get them! Very delicious. The fries are the best crinkle cuts I've ever had. The BLT was good also!
This place was amazing! Went for lunch with the family. Got a burger with the lobster bisque soup. The burger was cooked perfectly to order with toasted buns. And the bisque was so creamy! One of the best soups I've ever had. Only downside to this place was the space. Very cramped interior. They also seem a bit understaffed, but the amazing food made up for that. Very yummy!
I may come back to St Louis just to eat here again. Angelo was the best, but everyone was very attentive and conscientious, likely the best service I have had post covid. The atmosphere is unique and intimate. The food is nothing like I have ever had, it’s all better. Toasted ravioli and gooey butter cake is a St Louis must, especially here. I will dream of this place for years to come. Absolutely perfect.
Went there today for brunch as a party of 8. Told at sign in, it would be a 2 hour wait and we would need to split into 2 4 tops. At 1.5 hours, I told them if easier we could split as the 2 tables anywhere and just split the check per table. At 2 hours the manager said that was not possible and we would have to split into 2 tables close to each other. The girl taking sign ups looked confused as to why that was a problem. The manager and other male waiter were rude to my wife and daughter when we basically volunteered to make things easier on them. It was apparent they could care less about a customer's experience. The waitress was nice, but the manager's rude attitude speaks volumes. Take your business elsewhere. For the food, you can get the same quality anywhere with a manager that can think outside the box to accommodate larger parties. It is not like we were a problem. We waited an extremely long time for basically 2 four tops that could have been anywhere in their dining room at our request. It was just not her idea.
Awesome food! Best we've found in St. Charles over the years. Can't go wrong with the Guacamole Bites and the ambience of their outdoor seating is hard to beat! It's been a few years since we've gone and we were happy to see that the food, quality, and service is just as good since before the pandemic and inflation/staffing shortages. I want to give 5 stars because everything was great tonight, but we took our daughter for the free kids meal on Thursday night with purchase of an entree, but we were still charged for it because we got $14 burgers, and not the $16 dinner options... The free kids meal ad on the menu doesn't specify a "dinner entree", just says "entree". Our server even said that was his bad for not explaining that to us beforehand... Kind of annoying, but not the end of the world, but it should for sure be addressed and made more clear for future customers. Honestly, any meal that's not on the kids menu should count as an entree.
