Visited on 4th of July and they were not super busy which was nice. Nice clean places with lots of options for soft serve and toppings. Like that they have no sugar added (NSA) flavors although it would have been nice to have an option besides just chocolate or vanilla, but enjoyed it just the same.
Zack provided great service for our group of six this evening! He created a special apple s'mores for our group as well as being very personable. The yogurt desserts were all delicious as well. They had a couple of non-dairy flavors which was very important to one member of our group also. A positive experience all around.
Overall a good experience. They have lots of flavors and toppings that you can combine to make your perfect dessert. You can even make your dessert ...somewhat healthy. You get to select your yogurt first and than you can add as many toppings as you like. I love the experience but it can be pricey. You pay based on wait. So be careful before you realize you can walk out with $10 cup of dessert because of everything you added. The Rocky Mountain chocolate is also located in the same location. They also have tables both inside and outside if you want to enjoy your dessert there. I did take one star away because staff was more focused on their phone instead of the customers. At least I didn’t have to wait in a line since it wasn’t busy that night. Overall a nice treat to have.

I don’t do one star reviews often, but I was very disappointed with my visit here. Are used to come here often in college and it was great, but now that ice cream is watery and overly sweet. The flavors taste very artificial and the toppings taste cheap. The staff was more concerned with their own conversation than helping customers. However, they were polite when they did speak to us. We were the only two people there so it’s not like they were busy. Also (the last thing that made this a one star review), there was no soap in the bathroom. For being in such a nice area and so expensive, I just expected more. This place used to be delicious and friendly and offered samples but now it seems like they’ve cut costs and corners but kept their price tag. It’s not worth it. Drive the few blocks down Main St. to Kilwins and get ice cream and chocolate there.
