Love, love, love this place and the workers!!! It was my brother's 21st birthday so a worker was so nice and got him a t-shirt! (I am horrible with names so I am so sorry I don't remember!! You are a beautiful ponytailed stranger kind sir!! :) ) We got Strawberry Shortcake, Death by Chocolate, and I couldn't get a flight since they were all out, but I was able to get a Golden Trans-Am (sounded like this was the Pride flavor and rightfully so!). They were all incredible, like showstopper amazing! The Strawberry Shortcake was so simple but so jam-packed with strawberry flavor. It was the dream of any strawberry /simple flavor lover! The Death by Chocolate was chocolate-coated, rich, velvety goodness! You'll lose track of bites just like the owl finding the center of a tootsie-flavored lollipop. The Golden Trans-Am had rainbow jimmies, pineapple, and so much coconut flavor I was instantly transported back to Mexico in the middle of a salsa lesson! I couldn't have been happier with my random flavor! I will absolutely come back here and be so excited to see the liquid nitrogen tank freeze these liquored ice cream delicacies!
A science experiment gone horribly tasty! Great ice cream shop and a wonderful addition to an upscale area. The texture of the ice cream was incredible! Liquid nitrogen is -320 degrees Fahrenheit and instantly freezes the mixture, producing a incredible creamy texture and a wonderful mouth feel. The staff was very pleasant and polite and I was able to chat with the owner for a bit. This business is female owned and operated and she's even an actual scientist! I really dig STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) and it was wonderful to see her smile as she happily explained the whole process. Guys and gals, check this place out and get a taste. You won't regret it!
I can’t say I really enjoyed the boozy ice cream. It was wayyyy too much like it didn’t taste good. I think that there should be more creative ways to incorporate the booze without feeling like you’re taking a shot every spoonful. Besides that, the ice cream was very creamy and customer service was pleasant. It did take a while to get the ice cream because she was making one order at a time. I would go back and try them without the liquor
Neat place. Ice cream was good. Issue with how they make the ice cream from scratch is how long it takes.... There were 7 people ahead of us in line and we didn't get our ice cream order for 40 minutes. Don't go here unless you have time to kill! It is neat but is quite the wait.
Really enjoyed this place! If you are looking for a different ice cream experience then this is the place for you. We stopped by after dinner at another location just a few steps away. It was a very popular spot so we popped in right before closing and they accommodated us. The atmosphere is perfect for a night out with the family or with friends. They offer lots of buzzed (alcoholic) and non-buzzed options. You can even custom create your treat. They are not skimpy on the buzzed flavors, lol. Because this is not your regular ice cream shop with pre-made scoops ready to go, it does take a little time to make due to the flash freeze process, which is like a cool science experiment. So if you just want something regular and fast, this is not the place for you. Go in with patience and just enjoy the atmosphere while you wait. The staff are very friendly. The owner is awesome and really kind as well. Definitely will go back to try more flavors!
